No Deal Making

The salesman will act as though he is really trying to make a deal, but the manager will decline anything decided between salesman and you. The "make an offer" button on the website is just there to make you feel good, the price will not change. They don't care about your concerns, but at least will listen to them, while saying over and over, "There is nothing I can do about it". Ask for a manager and he will not talk to you unless it is through the salesman. The salesman has no authority to do anything but a test drive and smile. Anything agreed upon will change right before the paperwork is to be signed and you are offered a really low amount for your trade-in. They nit pick on your trade in, but will not negotiate for the same issues on the car they are selling you. Just a caution FYI.

We visited the Gillman Mitsubi...

We visited the Gillman Mitsubishi North location Oct 30-31 to purchase a Cadillac posted online for $4995. Upon arrival we meet with this trashy, fast talking salesman Johnnie Hussein. We should;ve known, from the beginning he announced that he had not had any sales for the month of October and needed one desperately, that should have been a warning. The service was horrible, he did not care about us as customers. ONLY the dollar bill... The car had a price of $5995 written on the window but as I mentioned online at their website it said $4995 so of course both prices were inflated for a 1998 Cadillac come on.... So of course we haggled and haggled and he went through the usual "salesman" games of oh let me talk it over with my boss. Yeah right! We finally agreed upon a price and just as we about to sign papers for a "Cash Car" he asks for a SSN...Why?? we are not financing it. He lies and says its for titling well, I verified that the state of Tx no longer requires this...Needless to say, we did not buy this vehicle from this guy or place for this reason and the buyer that was interested in the car left his insurance card so we were gonna come back with it since it was late at night. The salesman yelled at us, said the deal was only good for that day because it was the end of the month. WOW!! It's recommended you pass Gillman Mitsubish North on by as well. I certainly hope Mr. Gillman is not in the practice of hiring these types of salesman at all of his facilities. This was a nightmare.

Overcharged???

Expect to get overcharged here with no apology. I was servicing my vehicle back btw Mar and Apr 09 at this location for a over the road trip. I though with their online honda coupon $109+ 8.25% tax would be a great discount. Btw Doug/CS and the cashier, They forgot to apply the coupon after my services was completed and they forgot to credit my bill at $131.12. I first call them on the credit and did not expect them not to call you back for credit. I called several (5) times until they will assist me and advise what will be done. But through my persistance they not only gave me a credit of $5.95. I was left confused expecting to be billed for $117.99 with $13.13 credit. I am still confused with the difference of $7.18. They must have added administrative charges????
