Just completed the try it before you buy it Scuba course. Super friendly service. I was admittedly nervous but the instructor, Trevor, was nice, informative and put me immediately at ease. He didn't make me feel stupid, but was very encouraging. The facilities were very nice, clean and the equipment we used was well maintained. The only reason I may not do my dive course there is it's so far from where I live. I can highly recommend it though, especially if you're a bit nervous. Thanks GMD&S for a great experience.

***RUN AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!*** This shop is horrible and a disgrace for PADI to even maintain any association with them. They are well located in town and due to their convenience people, myself included blindly trip in the door. Everyone from the rude clerks to the owners are intolerable and so unbelievably difficult to work with. ***BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!***

Just got back from a trip to Cozumel coordinated and scheduled by GMD....FANTASTIC. Tonya was a huge help. Not only that I needed some rental gear as I needed a back up computer. They were awesome...so awesome in fact that when I returned the computer, realizing I needed a new one, they credited the amount I spent on the rental computer towards a new computer. Definitely happy as I am a proud new owner of a Scubapro Meridian computer/watch. First class operation on so many levels.

I came in today to buy a new wetsuit and see what classes I could take in the near future. Not only was the staff very helpful in sizing my wetsuit, they reminded me that I needed to get my dive gear serviced. I was able to bring my gear in and they were able to work on everything! I also wanted to take some classes to get back into the water since it has been awhile. They offered a ton of classes from Open Water all the way through become a professional instructor. I signed up for a Rescue Diver class and got some information for my wife to get certified. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this place to any diver or swimmer in the area. They have a HUGE heated indoor pool where they do training and swim classes!

horrible horrible place. swim lessons are completely disheveled. they have no idea on scheduling scuba classes. instructors wont show up for either and you get no warning. they will overcharge certain customers if they know they have more money than others or if the customer wont ask a price. i have witnessed all these things with my very own eyes.

Please do not trust this dive shop. They are in the business of scamming divers out of money with regards to maintaining and fixing equipment and gear. I got scammed out of $350.00 with a scam where they sent out my faulty reg to manufactor for warranty work. When I picked up reg at shop I was told that it could not be repaired and they charged me for brand new one when in fact they sold me back my old reg. I verified with serial number when I got home. When I confronted them they would not refund my money!

It is way too important that your gear and equiptment work properly to have anything what so ever to do with this very shady dive shop. Only getting your money is important to them.
