Absolute Crook! Promised at the purchase of our Tahoe he would make certain repairs to the vehicle and never did. So we had to. At the time of repairs they were $1300.00, Arick the owner promised to pay 1/2 of the charges. He did not hold to his agreement. We decided to go ahead and pay off our vehicle. Called in advance to get the final payoff which was $3902.65. When we got to his location he wanted to do a "final inspection" of the vehicle. I told them that wasn't necessary. At that point they refused to give us our title. so I went out to my vehicle so they could do their "final inspection". Arick the owner comes outside to my vehicle and proceeds to call me a drug addict and paranoid. Still no title work is being done. No "final inspection" which, by the way, turns out to be removing a GPS. At this point frustration has set in, so, we called the police. When Arick finally allows his office to start on our title work. HPD shows up, they pretty much just shut him down and tell him to just give me my title. At this point Arick decides to charge me another $400.00 before I can get the title. Look folks, save yourself the headache of dealing with this crook! He will hold your title hostage, and will exhibit for you his complete lack of in professionalism!

I would not advise buying a car from this dealer. The cars are sold with serious issues and they will make claims to help you get service only to take it back as soon as they get your signature and money. The customer service is VERY bad, I have never been treated so badly anywhere as an existing customer. I have had several used cars and have never had such a bad experience, this place has been really awful. There are many other places close by that are much more reasonable that you should look at first.
