Unfortunately, this company did a poor, poor job in ATTEMPTING to clear a clog in our kitchen sink.

I had a clogged sink which has happened 2 other times in the 15 years I have lived in my home. Instead of going the a big company I checked Yelp for a plumber. After reading several reviews I chose to contact **. Emilio quoted $189 to clear the clog. We scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am. The crew did not show up until almost noon. I had to cancel WA work appointment for early afternoon. After 2 hours I was surprised that his crew had not been able to clear the clog. They advised it could not be cleared with a snake and they had to use a hydrojet. They advised that they would have to come out on Monday. I was quoted a price of $259.00 for the first hour and ** for every hour thereafter. I researched this issue over the weekend and asked some friends if anyone knew a plumber who could come and take a 2nd look at it. One did so I cancelled my appointment with *.

The 2nd plumber was able to clear the clog in 30 minutes using a snake. This was my experience when I had a clog the other 2 times. The plumber said a hydrojet is only used in apartments or commercial buildings. After the plumber left I called and spoke to Emilio. I advised that my plumber was able to clear the clog with a snake in 30 minutes. He seemed surprised to hear that I called another plumber out. I asked why he crew could not clear the clog. He did not have an answer. I asked if his crew was it experienced enough to clear a simple clog or was he trying to rip me off. Due to our dissatisfaction, Emilio promised to come back to our home and give us half of our money back because his workers couldn't unclog something in two hours where it took another 30 minutes. He never came and cleared my check like nobody's business. We will be taking our business with our second plumber from now on and NOT from Emilio.
