Gem Electronics is AWESOME!! I HIGHLY recommend. The Tech guy knew what he was doing and kept me up on what he was doing or what he had to do. And the price came in cheaper than what I was quoted by 2 other companies. They tech guy, Gary, came before the schedule (12- 2) and took 2 hours and TV was fixed. My parents have their 65" Toshiba Rear projection back. Thanks again Guys. YOU ROCK!!

Golly I cant even tell you how much you guys helped me. You guys came out so fast and treated me and my family with so much respect. I loved the fact that you could find the problem with my tv so easy and it was just a blessing. I started into this realm with a great deal of trepidation. I read a lot of negative reviews about Houston-area TV repair companies and had no comfortable basis for beginning the process. Until I saw the BBB certification on GEM's website. I called to be sure it was legit. Simone (hope I spelled this correctly) was kind, yet forthcoming with info. The BBB info is right on. These guys do it right. Great service. They show up when they say they will. Frank (the technician) was very personable, very forthright, and very knowledgeable. Even coached me on a TV that wasn't even in the equation. Got my DLP back up and running. Put your fears to rest. These guys are the rare combination of ethics and expertise. I know I sound like a cheerleader, but it's unusual to find this sort of genuine service in this day and age. Recommend, recommend, recommend!

My Pioneer rear projection tv was acting up and we were devastated. It's an expensive tv. We initially got a quote from a competitor that was $250 more and included parts. We decided it was wayyyy to much to fix it, but we decided to get a second opinion and I'm so glad we picked GEM. The technician Frank was the sweetest guy ever. He new EXACTLY what was wrong before even opening up the tv. Then, after he fixed it, he helped us program the TV for optimal viewing of colors. The other place tried to rip us off and I'm so glad I found Frank. Thank you!!! We'll hopefully never need you again but I'll tell everyone about you!!

Thank God it was so easy to find you guys because I don't know what I would've done if my TV didn't get fixed before the game started. I cannot thank you guys enough for coming out here as fast as you did and as nice as you did. Great service guys. I was very impressed and in fact i still am. You guys handled everything so fast it was a little new to me. As soon as i called the woman who answered the phone was so nice and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with it and around how much it was going to cost, then in less than 5 minutes she was already scheduling me for the same day to get it fixed so that there was already an enormous weight off my shoulder. They came by at 5 and were out in 45 minutes after he changed the lamp in my Samsung. Thank u so much Frank and Gem

GREAT to see that we still have TV repair men out there that actually come to your house and fix your TV right there in front of you. It saved me a lot of time and I don't think I can pick up this heavy TV alone. Frank was the tech that came by today and did a wonderful job, very respectful and honest guy. He managed to fix my Mitsubishi in 30 minutes and lucky me because my wife was about to throw it away if it 'get fixed. Thank u so much for saving my TV from becoming garbage. Definitely referring you guys to all our friends
