Gamma Construction Company, founded in 1985, is a commercial general contractor with offices in Houston and Denver. The company's original scope of operations consisted primarily of tenant build-out, but it diversified to commercial buildings in the 1990s that included offices, banks and special purpose buildings for oil companies. After decades of operations in more than 30 states, Gamma Construction Company's portfolio of projects encompasses schools, restaurants, retail stores, auto dealerships and many other categories of commercial construction. The company's headquarters, located next to Houston's Greenway Plaza, is in close proximity to the downtown business district. The two-story, 13,000-square-foot building consists of offices for its corporate executives, Houston project management staff and financial and administrative personnel.
