The salesman was attentive, but not overbearing. The delivery was quick and efficient, and the same day (of course). The price was comparable to the three other furniture stores that we visited.

Gallery Furniture, has been a household name in Houston, for many years, and has worked to support the community as a whole to this day. I was immediately greeted by a salesman that was understanding about my needs, and worked to help me find the what I needed within a short period of time. I picked up the chair from the main store on I -45, and the warehouse staff were very helpful in delivering my chair.

Sales consultant was helpful, answered our questions, was polite, and made the process easy. We found what we wanted and there was no attempt to persuade us toward another product or sell us things we didn't want or need.

I will give this establishment 3 stars due to me not being satisfied with my overall service. My sells agent Albert was phenomenal. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and made wonderful recommendations without being pushy; which, convinced me to close the sale instead of "coming back" on a later day. Wonderful sales person. However my experience during the payment process was just the opposite. The hispanic gentleman cashier was very aloof. He was not discreet when letting me know the financing amount i was approved for. I expect more professionalism from gallery furniture. He was very short when answering questions and not very customer service friendly. He did not make me feel as welcomed as the other employees.
