My wife and I moved and lost all the hardware to our table. I called the customer service at Gallery Furniture and spoke to Monica. She was wonderful! She got in contacted with the manufacture and was able to get me all the hardware for my table. I will definitely let everyone know about the best customer service I have ever received.

I visited Gallery Furniture on the North Freeway and Kenneth Lara was very helpful and a pleasure to work with in selecting new furniture for my house. I highly recommend GF and Kenneth.

If you want a great salesman ask for Kenneth Lara. He is very friendly and curated the furniture for me so I wasn't overwhelmed.

I visited this furniture store last week for the first time and I fell in love with their awesome collection. I'm definitely coming back. Also the customer service is great. They go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Argel helped me and he was so patient and kind ,he really takes care of his customers . Overall I'm so happy with my shopping experience.

I used their online chat service to field a question - Jamal was on it instantly, answered my question in seconds, and offered alternatives (custom order, etc.). I recall typing to him several months ago and found him very helpful at that time, too.

We recently purchased bedroom furniture from Gallery and couldn't have been more impressed from start to finish. We love their new "Cowboys and Indians" repurposed barn boards - rustic, beautiful and solid wood. The deliverymen (Bossman and his assistant) went so far above and beyond simply carrying the furniture in - they moved our old furniture upstairs to its new location then came back after another delivery and trip to Lowe's to pick up lumber to mount the mirror on the dresser. Completely unexpected - but most appreciated - was the gorgeous "Edible Arrangement" we received from Mack, thanking us for our business. Wow! You're welcome, Mack - we'll definitely be back!
