There is plenty to see and something that will capture your interest at Gallery Furniture. My kids were very entertained with the parrots, monkeys and the enormous mattress, they got to jump on. They were happy with the snacks and lunch we got on the house. It made our shopping experience so much easier. Mr McIngvale has done great job establishing a customer service oriented team that truly delivers the best customer service.

I contacted the customer service department at Gallery Furniture and was assisted by service rep Monica. I love the fact that I get a person not a automated system when I call the customer service department. She assisted me in ordering some parts for my furniture. Within a few days, the parts arrived and a technician was sent out to install them. Monica is very professional and courteous. I will keep purchasing from Gallery Furniture for having such outstanding customer service.

I took my family to Gallery Furniture to purchase a new dining set. Our salesperson was so nice and thoughtful. He brought water and snacks to my kids. We even got to eat lunch for free. Our delivery was right on time and the delivery guys were so professional as well. They even moved some furniture to other parts of the house for me. I called the customer service department at Gallery Furniture when my dads lift chair got stuck. Monica was so great and very caring. She had a technician out to my home with in a few hours. They changed the remote on the lift chair and it began to work. I have never received such awesome customer service. Mattress Mack truly cares about his customers.
