The place only quality is that it was recently painted. There is RAMPANT illegal activity going on, burglaries, break ins drug dealing and yes homicide, Yes there was a triple homicide less than a month ago. Domestic disputes,fights, etc. trash is everywhere, the office staff is notoriously rude and dishonest. The walls are paper thin and the water smells tastes and looks bad.
