Please do not use this service. I had a difficult time getting my computer looked at. When I did, the guy Wassim, told me by phone what the problem was and I assumed it was fixed. I subsequently paid for the service(without checking I might add, because they were in the process of closing for the day). My computer does not work and I am having difficulty getting in touch with the owner or anyone at the store for that matter. He refuses to answer his phone. Please do not use this service!!!

These guys are very unprofessional, I would absolutely not use their website services. They have not delivered on everything as promised and are terrible at answering emails and responding to text. Hire professionals even if you have to pay more, at least, you will be satisfied with the end result.

Ordered a refurbished laptop. Thing is junk. Runs slower than any laptop I ever used. It was dirty when it got here. And, there is no battery in it. (NOwhere in the ad, did it say does not come with a battery.) However, it did say it comes with a windows 7 disk, which it did NOT. Waiting for a response. Will NEVER buy from them again.

I got my laptop screen replaced at a very reasonable price. Good service

They fixed my desktop for very reasonable prices. first i took it to best buy they quoted $189.00 and these guys fixed for only $69.00 and now it runs like a brand new and iam glad that all my data is saved too.
