crooked company

3 years ago I bought a 96' Honda accord from them. I asked them over and over again if the car was in good condition considering that it is an older model car and the owner of the place said yes so I test drove it around the neighborhood nearby and the car was fine. I bought the car within 5 minutes driving it off the lot the car started smoking, overheating and shaking uncontrollably to the point that the steering wheel was steering itself which almost caused me to have a major accident, I brought the car back to see if I can get it fixed on by the “in- house" mechanic they have but come to find out the owner and his wife already left with the money I gave him to go buy another car from a auction to sell to another sucker. Meanwhile after 3 hours waiting and calling the owner to check on my car that mediocre mechanic attempted to fix the car with no avail so he decided to say that I should leave the car in his care. so I gave him the benefit of the doubt but i should've known better that they was gonna lie and pretend to fix my car only because while I was at the shop 2 more customers who bought a car from them prior had complained about their cars acting up. 3 days later we came back and they claimed to fix it which they didn't so I was stuck with a faulty car. Fast forward to the present that honda accord has given me nothing but problem after problem left and right. With all the receipts I collected over the mere 3 years repairshat car it cost me over $12000 in repairs I kid u not that car was that bad and those people were scam artist. I have to admit I was the next fool that they scammed but take my word for it people DONT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!! PERIOD!!

Galaxy Autoplex is The BEST

had a great new car sales experience at Galaxy Autoplex. while a lot of people find buying a used car a stressful and unpleasant experience, i experienced quite the opposite at Galaxy Autoplex. after setting up an appointment on the phone, i was immediately greeted by David, the internet director, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and offered me a test drive fairly quickly without me having to ask for it. no pressure at all, just a lot of facts about the car i was interested in. closing the sale was a snap, after a perfect delivery of the vehicle i purchased. the car was already prepped and detailed by the time when i arrived to pick it up. i highly recommend Galaxy Autoplex based on my experience and would not hesitate to return to buy another car here.

I just want to make others aware of this crooket man.

I bought a acura about 6 months ago, I aked if there was anything about the car like problems I might have, David the owner said no, I asked him several times if there is anything I should know about the car, he continued to assure me, that the car is a great condition no matter the age or miles. I bought the car cash, and went to downtown houston, on the way back the car over heated, I had to put water in constantly, but it wouldnt hold. I called David, he said "did you test drive it?" I said yes. He said" so it was fine then right?" I said yes, but you also told me there was nothing wrong with it, he hung up on me. I called him right back, he said it was an accident but Iam not sure if it was. He continues to say since I test drove it, its my resposibility. I told him, that I asked if there was anything wrong with it, and he told me nothing, and I havent even drivin it 60 miles. I told him he needs to do something about it. It was around 7:00pm, he sounded hesitant but told me to come to there office on telephone and he will take a look. He fixed the problem, and gave me my registration tag. Thank god, I had my moms boyfriend with me because he said the tag is out 6 months, and it only has 6 months left on it. I told David this, he looked upset, and I told him we are not going to pay for the entire amount of the tag. So 6 months later, Iam waiting for him to call me to pick the Title up. I finally went today, I spoke with him on the phone yesturday, and I asked how much for the title, he said 275, for the title and tags. I reminded him about the tags he gave me that had 6 months only on it, he than said 230 is what you owe me. So today I go down there, and he said 275. I told him, he told me 230 on the phoen, he said no 275. Well I tried to tell him I spoke to him yesturday, and he said it doesnt matter the paper says 275. He was very rude. I began to tell him again that I spoke with him yesturaday on the phone, he said again, it doesnt matter its 275. I asked to see a reciept that that most business have when they pay for a title, i wanted to see what he paid for it. He said we dont keep recipts. I said how can you not, your a business, where is the recipt that states how much you payed for the title. Again he said we dont have one. The form he showed me was written in pen, the numbers were written in pen, so he could have put any number in there. I checked the title office, and it doesnt cost that much to get the title. He was very rude, but seemed really nice when I first purchased the car. The car is no longer working, it broke down, sad because i only drove it to school and back, thats about 2 miles there and back. He needs to be reminded that honesty is paramount, and I wont be surprised Davids business fails because hes a sneaky car sales person. Iam posting this for those who actually goodle companies to see there true self, and hopes no one will make the same mistake as me. Thanks for your time, have a good day.
