Wow, this place is pathetic and so are the people that own/ work here. they bad mouth a veterinarian, just because she refuse to work for them anymore. the owner has done so many wrongs (rather if its business or personal), that she shut down galleria to escape from her repercussion, and still manage to open up another facility. Bad people = bad business = bad service. that should be well explainatory.

YOU EVER HEARD OF "DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ"....WELL IT'S TRUE!.....THE LAST TWO REVEIWS ON THIS SITE ARE A JOKE. ALOT OF BUSINESSES ASK EMPLOYEES AND FRIENDS TO SAY OVER-THE-TOP GOOD THINGS ABOUT A BUSINESS TO DROWN OUT THE NEGATIVE REVEIWS....SOME OF THESE EMPLOYEES DON'T EVEN OWN PETS.....I HAVE A FRIEND WHO GOT LET GO FROM THIS PLACE FOR NO REASON AND FOR SPEAKING UP , AND THE THINGS THAT I HEARD ABOUT THIS PLACE ARE UPSETTING. STARTING WITH THE NASTY CONDITIONS 'BEHIND THE SCENES'.....IF YOU EVER CONSIDER TAKING YOUR DOG TO BOARD OR GO TO "DOGGY DAYCARE" AT THIS PLACE.....PLEASE PEOPLE....ASK TO TAKE A TOUR, NOT JUST WHAT "THEY" WANT YOU TO SEE BUT THE WHOLE PLACE.....



BY THE WAY THERE IS NO DOGGY DAYCARE AND NO ACTIVITIES....THEY JUST TAKE YOUR DOG, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KENNEL YOUR DOG ALL DAY.



HOW THEY LOOK AT CUSTOMERS IN THE FACE WHEN THEY PICK UP THEIR DOGS AND LIE TO THEM ABOUT THEIR BABIES HAVING A GOOD TIME AND HOW MUCH THEY PLAYED ALL DAY LONG IS UNBELIEVABLE....DON'T KNOW HOW THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT.....



REMEMBER DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

I have bben going to Galleria Pet Resort & Clinic for 9 years now and absolutely love this place. I give 5 stars for the exceptional service that my dogs get here. The staff is very dedicated and loyal to my every need. Reggie has gone out of his way to accomodate me, staying late, even meeting me after business hours on weekends to pick my babies up after there wonderful stay at their doggie hotel. It's always nice to know that the same staff is still there and taking care of my babies. There is no other place that I would go to and I recommend everyone I know to go here. Thanks to everyone at Galleria for all your care and concern for my babies!

I have been using Dr. Chucle and her boarding facility for the past 8 years. Her and her staff have been nothing but great! Reggie has come in early and stayed late to accommodate my busy travel schedule to board my 3 dogs. My dogs are always clean, smell good and always happy to return. Sometimes I think they would rather stay at the boarding facility, than their own home!



As far as the prices go, Dr. Chucle has some of the lowest rates for the Galleria area. I have done some price comparison in the past, and found that she offers the lowest prices on most services and items around. Frontline and Heartgard are cheaper than the online stores, as well as PetSmart and PetCo.



The suites they have available for boarding are just too cute! They have different themes available with tv's in most of the suites and my dogs love it.



I would definitely reccomend this Pet Resort & Clinic to everyone.

I know this place is a rip off! The care they receive there is anything but good. They prolong the right care that should be given to make a buck! My baby went thru hundreds of dollars of treatment for a skin problem. Hundreds! The problem never went away after months of antibiotics and painful skin samples that made her bleed. The Dr. said allergy testing and treatment would be more than $600.00 for her weight. She is only 65 pounds. I went to another vet and had everything done for way less than 1/2 the cost and her skin and hair look beautiful! They never keep the same people on staff and they are very rude!

Dr. Chucle has cared for my cats since 1992, and in my experience, she and her staff have always been gentle, loving and compassionate to the animals and to the owners (owners need this when a beloved pet is dying). I haven't boarded a pet with them since they moved outside the Loop, but when I did, I took comfort in knowing that every pet received a flea bath when it checked in, and if the pet's shots weren't up to date, then shots were given. It is an added expense, but I wouldn't want my pet exposed to disease and fleas if they can be prevented. In the 18 years of my association with Dr. Chucle and her staff, I have always been satisfied with the care and expertise, and in my opinion, the care provided is a good value.

WARNING:DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! I could not even pick my dog up on Saturday because they close early,which is not smart since most people are out of town and cannot make it back in time.The woman who checked in my dog claimed she was the owner told me that I would not be charged anything extra because of the Sunday pick up,which I was.When I picked up my dog my total was much more that I expected, they just add FEES to make money. They charge you for a bath whether you want it or not, my dog had a lot of dried cold in her eyes and stunk of urine and fecal matter, despite the bath they charged me for and supposedly gave that morning. Staff is rude!Then to top it off they stole my dogs necklace. When I picked her up they said they could not find it and would call me and they never did.When I called them days later they said my dog broke it. I told them I would pick it up and repair it,she said ok.I called beforehand to make sure it was there and ready for pick up and the owner then said it was thrown away. She was extremely rude and yelling, claiming it was one of the employees fault and I need to take that up with him. She did not offer to reimburse me for the necklace and could have cared less.
