On Monday, July 16, the entire staff was in conference and nobody to answer the phone. On Tuesday, four tries to call were not answered. On Wednesday, four more calls were unanswered. On Thursday, first call was answered and three subsequent calls were not. I am due a significant refund from Toyota and nobody but me seems to care!!
