I went to fix my screen on my note 2 and a guy named jesse told me he would fix it and gave me an under the table deal. I dropped it off and as I was leaving he asked for my password so he could check it after he was done to make sure it worked. I unfortunately trusted he was a professional and wouldn't go through my phone. I was only gone 1 hr. I get my phone back and when I got back to work I found a picture he accidentally took of him laying down in the back office on a couch. He had no reason to be relaxing with my phone on my camera before he worked on it. I felt so taken advantage of and he invaded my privacy completely. My husband called and he denied the whole thing...if u decide to come here dont give them access to ur password I learned the hard way. Who knows what info he took off my phone. F*** u jesse. I hope this place gets shut down.

Deserves no rating other than terrible. They use deceptive practices regarding their guarantee and they use inferior parts for repairs. Juar pay full price at the AT&T store and get high quality repairs and save yourself some time an aggrevation. I would not recommend this store to any friend or enemy..
