I can't say enough good things about Fry Road Collision, especially about the owner, Ray. He repainted my car for hundreds of dollars less than my dealership.
When I wasn't feeling well, he carried my bags and held my hand to walk me to another car. He was always in touch about my car, and even detailed the interior (which was pretty dirty). I will never take my car anywhere else should it get hit again. 10 stars.

I had my car in there twice. Service is great! They are professional, very helpful, and did a great job with my car. I couldn't ask for better service. Ray is a sweet and wonderful guy. When I tell this last time about a month ago, I was in a wreck, my car was messed up. They had a tow truck guy pull my car, when I got there they contacted enterprise who got there so quick, they got me in a car and on my way. I couldn't thank them enough for excellent customer service and giving me a piece of mind!!

I have had my car worked on twice at this location. Ray is friendly and will listen to what you want done. My work was done on time and for the amount we agreed to.

i gave this a 1 star b/c 0 stars isn't an option but AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! worst "repair" job ever. first off, was told "my parts were already ordered and shipped, just bring in the car and it will be out in 2 days". Well, 8 days later, paying for a rental car every day, i call to check - haven't heard from him at all - and he says its ready. i drive from downtown to katy, turn in the rental. it's not ready. come back the next day, i can take the car home, but its still not ready. it will now be 2 weeks and nothing complete. also, it is NEVER this guy's fault. anybody else, including the customer (it was my fault that i called to confirm it was ready at 2pm but did not call back on my way out there at 5 "b/c he would've told me it wasn't ready then"). he didn't do half the work he said he would, and the half he did isnt done correctly, and that's why i'm having to go back. if you value your time and sanity, DO NOT take your car to this place!!!
