Cheater's Dont Trust them. Customer service Sucks big time (Fred, David Stevens). Missed TV and Broke Dresser for 2 bedroom apartment. Waited for a cliam for 90 days and end up by an amount of $68 for expensive items

I took the quote as my destination is in 3rd floor.I am in ground floor at the pick up time, and I am in hurry, the guy who came to pick up my luggage is his name as Paul, simply asked me to sign in approx. 10 pages. I trust them and signed without reading anything. But when package is reached at destination, those people are fighting with me to pay extra amount for 3rd floor delivery. But I told them that i already paid extra for 3rd floor at destination. They showed me the papers which I signed as pickup at 3rd floor. I shocked and I asked them to check with the apartment leasing office about my floor. But they didn't accept and trying to fight with me for more than 3 hours, and frontier guys are not picking the calls.be careful while signing the papers with the frontier guys. They will cheat you and blaming also. And one more is the package is having breakages,right now they are not replying about the insurance of replacing breakage package also.Please check with someother movers.

Pleasant experience with these movers of Frontier Van Lines. Had a few timing issues, but nothing harmful with my moving. They were professional, knowledgeable and all of my stuff was packed up safely and delivered safely. Very pleased and would use them again!

Scott and Mac helped me move out of my three bedroom apt today and completed it in a timely manner. They arrived exactly on time and didn't stop until all of our moving procedures completed. They helped us setting up all of our furniture, blanket, kitchen, Computer and TV, desk perfectly even without a single scratch.

Stop shopping and go with Frontier Van Lines. I hope that I never have to move again as I find it incredibly stressful but thanks to the great people at Frontier my move to Nebraska was incredibly easy and care free. Our moving agent was especially helpful as well.

My Mom and I moved from Los Angeles to Oklahoma City and the crews of Frontier Van Lines made our move so smooth and easy. Scott, the foreman and his team arrived on time, wrapped and packed up all of our belongings very smoothly. Well done guys! Would for sure use them again.

We just moved from Houston to Seattle. Cross country moves are normally incredibly stressful, but thanks to the great people at Frontier our move could not have been easier or better priced.

Great customer service from this company Frontier Van Lines and nothing was harmful with my moving! I haven't expected them as a first-class moving company, but truly they are awesome. Excellent professional movers and manager Dave was extremely helpful from booking till the very end. Call these guys and enjoy your next move!

There were so many companies trying to get me to book with them. I was a bit confused to be honest. Eventually I compared based on 1.Price 2.Service 3.Flexibility. I was first just blindly starting at price differences. But along the way I understood that the services differ so much between the companies I should make a distinction based on that as well. Now flexibility was also important because I couldn't immediately be there on the other end to receive my stuff in Denver. They offered me free storage. That made the choice even easier.

our path met 3 weeks ago, i saw them when they was working for my next door neighbor, i knew i'm about to move so i thought- why not ask around? and i did, it turned out to be a happy ending! we set up the move for a few a week after and it was a real success! i think that's the best way to make a decision, if you can actually see them working before you pay them. everything went smooth, good guys, great attitude, i even liked how they truck was designed!

good guys, very professional work. Jim, mark and Ed did a wonderful job in packing and warping my 4BDR apartment, they worked fast and hard, it was a pleasure to watch them, it was a short distance move but yet everything went perfect. will definitely hire them in the future.

Terrible moving experience! The customer service is nonresponsive and the time lines for deliver are not kept! Our move was suppose to take 1 to 10 days and we are currently at 18 days with no estimated delivery time in sight! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I remembered Paul from Frontier and immediately called him to see if he could take the job. We realize it is all business and most movers would have turned us away given the short notice. However, within 15 minutes of hearing our dilemma we were confirmed a van and packers! They arrived to pick us up at the end of the day and it went quite smooth. They did have to repack the items left by the previous company and it took them some time to pack everything but at least we knew that everything was done professionally. The items arrived to our new home in 8 days. Everything was in order. I don't usually leave reviews but this being an extraordinary situation I decided to let other people know that this company can be trusted.

I can say I have done more than my share of moving (3 moves this year alone) and I can say that I have never been as pleased as I am with Frontier van lines. They say that a company is only as good as their employees and that is very true in this case. Paul was very courteous and put my quote together, and called me again specifically when I asked him to, not 17 times a day like other guys. The packers and the movers also did a great job. Please pass on my thanks to everyone responsible for making my move smooth.

As for Frontier Van Lines, LLC, all I can say is professional, quality, affordable service. I've moved before with others, and Frontier surpassed them all. No hassles, no bungles. Just transporting my items from point A to point B with respect and efficiency. Highly recommended to anyone.

We were immensely pleased with the service we received from Frontier Van Lines. When we got on the phone with their representative, I think her name was Laura, she was very clear and honest with us. As a result, when the moving truck showed up we knew exactly what we were getting into and what we were paying for. There were no surprises. They treated our belongings with care. We'd highly recommend Frontier Van Lines!

Frontier Van Lines, great service. They take the time to ask you all the details about what you're moving, so they can make sure they inform you about anything you should know about moving those specific items. I understood that's their priority and that's what makes their customer happy, including me.

For example, I never knew mattresses needed to have a special wrap. They cared enough to tell me over the phone instead of on the day of my move. This way I would have the time to go and buy some upfront and save some money. That's really thoughtful. I thought about it. These are little things other companies don't do just to make money on you. Luckily Frontier Van Lines is not like that. They think with you throughout the whole thing. This is exactly what I needed.

My move with Frontier Van Lines went really smooth. The movers were very professional and packed and loaded everything within just two hours (I didn't have a lot of stuff though). Before the pickup I spoke to their guy Paul, he was very professional. Only spoke to him twice as I prefer communicating via email, but he was always on point and gave me all the info I needed. My items were delivered to Orlando from Houston within a week. Actually thought it would take longer. I got charged for the stairs on delivery but Paul told me it could happen. All are good in the end.

Great Moving Service, highly recommended! Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. The quote I got from Andy was accurate, and did not change. He was nice and very professional. The guys were professional and respectful. Nothing was damaged and the guys were happy to move things around as my wife changed her mind about where she wanted things. Overall, my expectations were exceeded.

Frontier van line he is by far the best moving company I have ever used. The guys were all super friendly and really quick. I was surprised by how quickly they packed up my belongings. The quote I was given over the phone was also very accurate. Hats off to Frontier!
