I feel compelled to write this review because despite the refund for my haircut, I now have to figure out who is going to fix the worst haircut ever. I went to Abby for a trim three months ago and the trim seemed fine so I decided to see her again.



Two week ago I went for another quarterly trim and Abby cut a section of hair out of the back of my head. I spent days trying to styling it by blow drying and flat ironing and it still did not work. I went back to Abby a few days later and she really did not know how to fit her mistake.



The next day I called the salon and asked for a refund. I received a call back and was told the owner would be happy to refund my money and the owner also would like the opportunity to fix the haircut. I accepted the refund and agreed to come back in to let the owner, Ashley, fix the mistake.



Ashley layered the right side of my hair, but did not touch the left side so one side looks fluffy (no layers) and the other side is flat and not balanced. The length on the right side is longer than the left and she just whacked the back really short to cover up Abby's original mistake.



I hope that paints a good visual of why you should not come to this salon as it is clear they do not know how to cut hair!!!
