This company is garbage. I wish I could give them zero stars. Issues with scheduling, sending new crews to the house without notifying me first, and damaging my shower glass and then lying about it. Save your money and find an honest company that will respect you and your home!!

I'm sorry. I don't want to give them any stars. I scheduled my house to be cleaned. I've used several different cleaning services in the past. I've never had a problem. When I called to schedule, I told them the square footage of my home along with the number of bedrooms and baths. I was shocked when one person showed up to clean. Normally, cleaning companies send two or three people to clean our house. After being here for four hours, she came to me and said that she was done. I asked her if she cleaned my upstairs and she said no. She said that she was only supposed to be here for 4 hours and that she had to leave. So...I paid money to get my downstairs cleaned only??? That's crazy to me. They told me that they can come and clean the rest of the house for an additional $30 and hour. I will clean my upstairs myself. Then, I will use my old house cleaner in the future. The only reason that I switched is because I thought the other was too expensive. I'd rather pay to get my whole house thoroughly cleaned than to pay for a partial cleaning that still requires me to work. PLEASE.....DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.

My experience with this company is extremely unpleasant. When I called the scheduler i explained exactly what my house needed and was scheduled a regular clean. The maid arrived on Saturday and was given instructins including what to do with the house key. I arrived home to find that she left with my house key and only cleaned about half the apartment. SHe did the dishes, seemingly by hand although i have a dishwasher. My bathroom was relatively untouched except for the toilet having been cleaned. It wasn't even swept nor were the counters even wiped down. I went over the list of services included in a regular clean and over half weren't even attempted. I called to report the unsatisfactory service and was told someone would call me back. After waiting all day, i called them back at which point Melinda tried to tell me I requested the wrong service (which they determined) and that the maid attempted to call me Saturday about the key and again on Sunday. This is a flat lie as i had no missed calls or messages. After asking to speak to her supervisor i was connected to Jan Taylor, who immediately started accusing me of being agressive and rude, presumably because i didn't take the excuses offered. She proceeds to offer no solutions, yell and curse at me, and asked "did you wake up this morning and just decide to start trouble?" She then proceeded to wish me "Merry F*******g christmas." At first she wasn't the owner when i asked, then she claimed she was. Everything about this company is unprofessional, the empolyees and presumed owner are rude, lying thieves. Use at your own risk.
