Free Lighting Corp is an approved project sponsor and sub-contractor for the Texas programs and has done thousands of apartments and single family homes in Texas for various Electric Public Utilities for six years and has been involved in energy conservation since 1992. Our firm is fully insured and uses products that meet or exceed guidelines of Texas Department of Community Affairs ( TDHCA ) Our mission is to improve the energy efficiency of homes and provide relief from the need of enviromentally harmful power plants for the electric delivery companies. As environmental concerns and energy expenses increase, we are ready to help homeowners and the utilities conserve energy. We are currently helping consumers in Texas and New York and plan to enter programs in other states. All of these programs are at a low cost or free because of the utilities effort to reduce energy use to avoid blackouts as demand grows.
