I bought a car from them and it broke down before I made it home less than a mile from the lot. They are refusing to refund my money and have tried fixing the car twice now! I repeat do not give them any money! Do not buy a car here!

OMG!!!! they sell stolen cars!!! my BF hard worker, bought a car fron them in 2007 he drove it for more than 6yrs he loses his mail in registration form and takes his blue title to the courthouse with his insurance, and the request him to go get a 68A forgien form filled out by a DPS trooper and when we do they tell us we have been driving a stolen truck that was paid off by an insurance company in the state of Michigan... we go to court hopin gthis is not so and yes it sure is,,,, there go's $20248.93 cash that was paid in a period of maybe 3yrs... at the end they want us to settle with $4000.00, which we did becuase we had no choice tak e it or you get nothing.. not tust worthy folks....check your vin# on the door to match the ones on the windshiled and if you see something funn report then to: Austin TX 512-465-3000 fax your information to 512-302-2328... watch them they are not honest!!!!oh they also bought the linchon back and probably sold it so someone else for $5000.00 and a salvage title with it!!

I recently bought a 2002 Ford Escape from here and the check engine light can
came on less than a week later. I took the vehicle in and nothing was done at the time. A week later my temperature light came on as well as the airbag light coming on. We soon discovered a crack in the radiator which they stated would be fixed at no charge and then when it was taken in to be fixed after breaking down while my husband was on his way home from work they proceeded to tell him it was going to be $500 plus the towing fee. When the job was finally completed by them it was not properly done which lead to a belt breaking and a part melting and the water pump being bad. This accured while my husband was driving to work which lead him to not only miss work but pay $80 for a tow truck to bring it back home. The next day it was towed to a repair shop in Spring which is now charging me over a $1000. When i contacted Fredy's to advise them of the other issues they advised me that it was my problem to deal with and were very rude and obnoxious and basically told me to go to HELL. Never buy a vehicle without your own mechanic looking at it. We were not allowed to choose a vehicle we wanted as well.

i bought a car in july when i bought i ramon said the price of the car was about 15,000. 1st problem my window and air wasnt working he said it was working its just that it was hot,so i ended up taken my car bake in 2 weeks to have it fixed. 2 problem once my car was ready i still couldnt get it because they said i owed them 400 i put 900 down in which that was ok,ramon said he was putting it as if we paid 1300 but we only had to pay 900,so when i went to get my car he lied,and we still had to pay the 400 thank god for my mother. so im paying carnote and i notice at the bottom of my receipt it says my car was 24,000 in which my car is a nissan maxima 2006 no way its that much,in sept i somehow missed a payment noone ever said anything until november. March they sent me a letter i talked to norma to make arrangement she didnt want that i had to pay $420 in which thats what norma said was due and had to be paid i paid it and continued paying my normal payments,now today 5/22/2015 she calls saying i owe 700 how is that possible i hate these people they are rude dont help customers no phone calls or anything please stay away from this carlot they should be investigated @khou11news

This company sold my account and stole my money! They will not credit my account for a payment I made and I have bank statements to prove it!! They refuse to work with me , I spoke to the owners wife and she was rude and was just trying to end our call!! Beware this company is horrible!!

LIARS!!!! They sold car from under me while I was doing paperwork for it!
