Be careful of this company... Fred is a crook and not a nice person and all he was worried about was getting paid. I hired another limo company (AIM Limo which are owned by Mike & Sylvia) and come to find out I was then contracted out to Fred's Limo (which I did not hire) and by the end of the night the police had to be called when the driver went nuts because we were 15 min past our time and drove so crazy that I got tossed around and was hurt. When I talked to Fred and explained the situation he seemed to care but then when I needed to seek emergency medical attention three days later for a possible brain bleed due to the blow I took to my head and called to let him know he did not care and told me to get a lawyer and stop calling him. I did not hire a limo to get tossed around like a rag doll and cussed out by the limo drive because she was tired and ready to go home. She threatened to kick us out when she stopped in the middle of the road. We had to beg for her to take us home as we had kids at home. At this point he will not give me his last name or any information on the person that was behind the wheel of this limo (except that she "Molina" was a charter bus driver and he had used her one time before). I have asked for his Auto Insurance information (as this why he has it, I assume) and he refuses to give me anything and now wants to accuse me of harassing him. Please pass this on to everyone you know in the Houston TX, Cypress, TX and Stafford, TX areas. I am quickly finding out these people do not have to be accountable for anything.

Fred's Limousine was booked for an event for Sunday afternoon on Nov 1. Reservations were made a month prior to event and also reconfirmed a week prior. At 1AM on Nov 1, the owner calls and cancels, citing they had a computer issue and lost the details. He asked what rate was quoted and when told "$450" he said that was impossible (TOTAL LIE!) and wouldn't do it for less than $550. Remember this was at 1AM Sunday morning. He then called back and said he'd do it for $500. Remember, this was the DAY OF THE EVENT. Who calls a client (or anyone) at 1AM? Totally unprofessional...
