Chris and his staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Love going in the shop and, in addition to the great job they do framing they have some wonderful original art. Love the dogs that greet customers at the front door, too!

The owner seems to feel the need to beat his chest and show a potential customer that he knows more than the customer. He yelled at me and kicked me out of his shop after I used the work "archival" instead of "conservation". I explained that I use the word "archival" because that is the word most of my clients understand and that I have taken conservation classes at some top tier museums so I understand the correct use of the word....but will continue to use the word my clients understand. He ranted, called the antique pieces I had brought in "sh*t" and acted like "antique dealer" is some sort of low life compared to "decorators". I am not a decorator so he was really working on hitting me hard. I've been an antiques dealer for more than 30 years never been treated like in a place of business.
