The grounds are kept up well; however the landlord is intrusive and there is a train that goes by at close range at all hours of the day. If you value sleep and privacy this is not the place for you.

Forest Oaks Apartment is a wonderful place to call home. The landscaping is well maintained and the apartments have been nicely remodeled. They are so modern with new Energy Efficient Air conditioners and granite counter tops. Very quiet and love having the park across the street.
