25 years of experience in the field. In 2000 Mr. Fonseca was granted

member of the American Institute of Building Design and the Texas Institute of
Building Design since 1993. Before starting his own firm Mr. Fonseca worked 10
years for Clothier/Sullivan & Associates. Mr. Fonseca's Residential experience is
specialized in Mediterranean,Spanish,Italian Villas and California styles.
