To start with, they left my birthday gift- a pretty Pastel pink flower arrangement flower on the ground outside in the winter on my open porch with high winds and drizzle on and off that day... and the temperature set to plummet to near freezing later the next morning...REALLY? They don't call or take it to a neighbors on my little culdesac like other good florists?

Most of the flowers lasted 1 & 1/2 days. They couldn't quite make it through the second day.i

I only wish I could upload pictures. I evened pulled several of the stems out of the green spongelike material to recut the stems (in a slanted fashion ) so I could hopefully help the flowers drink, and revive then from their sad brown wilt to keep them for a few more days. By the time I removed all the 3/4 dead wilted browning flowers and mangled daisies , the remaining flowers looked ridiculous and terrible by themselves with all sorts of wide open patches ( the majority of the arrangement was gone & beyond saving) So I ended up "tossing" the entire thing in the garbage barely 48 hours after finding it on my porch...This company does however win the award for the shortes, saddest t living flowers ever., even compared to the cheap bouquets one can buy for $6.99 at HEB or Kroger grocery stores. I am a pen avid gardener and am usually good at reviving flowers, but not in this instance.

In January 2015 flowers were delivered one day late with petals that had already begun to dry up. The delivery woman was extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. Apparently we did not get to the door as fast as SHE thought we should and she in a loud rant as she walked back to her car told us that she did not appreciate it. This woman is obviously not suited for this business. Her terrible attitude ruined the loving intent of the gift. I called the # on the card but no one answered. I left a message but never got any type of response. The Better Business Bureau has a rating of F for this company and I rate them the same
