Month to month is a problem with the kid club membership I don't know who update the information about it but is dreadful

Car got broken into and they don't care. Officer said break'ins happen often. Even though there is a security guard and a parking lot attendant somehow no one saw my window getting smashed in. I had dark tinted windows and you could tell it took a few swings the way the glass was laying. Customer service totally sucks, it took 3 months after several daily attempts for a customer service rep to call me back. This company has no regard for members or even simply "doing the right thing."

I was a dedicated member for 2 years and today my membership was terminated and I was a victim of sexual harassment by Jose Alveldano, yesterday I was on my way to the gym and I noticed a red camero following me, I exited the freeway and immediately entered again and the car did the same, the car followed me all the way to the gym on bissonnet and I noticed it was Jose Alveldano following me the entire time smh, I complain to the general manager (Sina Khal Khals) and he brushed me off, today I was told that my membership has been cancelled and I was the victim in the situation smh Jose Alveldano was harassing me and stalking me but my membership was cancelled smh, extremely bad customer service smh

No zero star, that's why I am giving 1 star. This review is about Bissonet Houston.



The manager at Bissonet location is very unprofessional. I think gym management recruited a college out guy as a manager, he doesn't have any experience in customer management. Management is very rude, they will try to come up with lots of reasons instead of giving help to customers. First they should recruit the right persons at front desk/manager position.



They advertise $9.95 per month, it's kind of scam. Once you go to gym to join, they say different figure. I won't recommend this gym to any body. Don't be fool about monthly fee $9.95, on top of that more hidden changes.

Love this place the trainers instructors and atmosphere is awesome lots equipment,is just so packed in the evening
