The employees are rude and disrespectful. They were not interested in accommodating the client. The first employee told me there was no manager there then he pulled a random guest and asked her to pretend to be the manager and refuse to assist us. Then a man in the office came out professing to be the manager who tried to sell us and "upgrade" when we refused to pay an additional $150 the man then go rude and told me he was 52 years old and did not have to listen to me (im 30) because he is older. I reminded him that hes age was irrelevant and he was being unprofessional. He then dismissed us saying you lost, you lost I'm not listening. I asked for the number to the corporate office and he began to ramble a number so quickly i couldn't record it. He refused to write it down so i used my phone to capture the number. when i called the number he'd given me the SAME man answered the phone. Im cancelling my membership and will pay the extra money to be treated like a human being. NONE of the employees were wearing name tags and were willing to give me there names.
