He is scam artist, who will take your money and you will never see any results. Just search him on internet, he is all over it with a tag line "scam". He has numerous complaints on BBB with a rating F. All his reviews on his websites (he has a million) are either fake or just review his seminar. Where are the actual results?? Where are the reviews from people that made money after buying his bogus products and attending his class?? And besides, if he is so amazing at buying and flipping apartments, then why is he not a millionaire himself? Why does he have to sell his pathetic bundles of crap to make money, instead of banking on his knowledge of real estate?? The answer he gives is because he wants to help underprivileged people. Really? Is that your real intention? Then why charge for seminars and products, and not just give it away for free? What a crook with a disgusting attitude and personality, overheard him speaking to one of his employees in the parking lot. My review is based on my personal interaction with this individual and taking his seminar.
