This Place is the worst!! My reservations was giving away, and we were there almst 20 mins before scheduled. They were so rude about it. They Ladies (Girls) at they desk were so nonchant about it. Bad customer service will not get my business, I dont care how clean the buses are. The police was called because they wouldn't give a group back their money who had booked together and First Class seperated them.. As long as we support their rudeness, it will go on. Never will return!!

Wondeful people -- wonderful rides. Courteous and polite. Faciliaties are clean.

We made reservations for a Casino trip 4 days in advance. Upon arriving 12 minutes before the bus was scheduled to leave, we were informed that they didn't think we were coming and gave away our seats. We were so excited about our trip, but had to go back home after driving 25 miles in the rain to catch the bus. We won't use them ever again. No apologies or explanations were given as to why they felt we weren't coming.
