Do not take your clothes here for dry cleaning. After initially having my shirt dry cleaned here. I took it back because it was not cleaned properly. After having it cleaned a second time. There were patches of bleach, and new stains all over the shirt. I asked what was going to happened, and the store owner said they would not reimburse me for the damage that was done to the shirt. She agreed that the stains and the bleach marks were not presents when I brought the shirt in for the second time for cleaning. She told me to wait to determine who caused the damage to the shirt. At best, she said I could get credit for dry cleaning. Why would I take more clothes for dry cleaning after Elegant cleaners ruined a 100 dollar shirt. There have been other times where It feels as though they just press, starch and wrap the shirts without cleaning. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE FOR DRY CLEANING. THEY WILL END UP RUINING YOUR CLOTHES.
