I'd give this place negative stars if I could. I had the most horrific experience with Fiesta. Here's why:



(1) They rolled back the odometer nearly halfway on the car I looked at! The car I was interested in supposedly had 85K miles. The Carfax revealed that at last count it had 160K miles.



(2) The price listed online was significantly lower than what he actually wanted to charge me. The price on the website was $12K. When I got there, Sam insisted it's actually $14K.



(3) They provided me with false information. Sam wouldn't give me a Carfax report because "they are inaccurate." I told him my bank would need the VIN before financing, so he gave me the wrong VIN! He did not want me to run a Carfax report, obviously knowing the results it'd yield.



(4) When not explicitly lying, Sam was rude and evasive in answering questions. I had the standard questions of how many previous owners, whether there was flood damage, whether it's been in a wreck, etc. Sam acted utterly offended by these questions and told me several times "It only has 85K miles. What more do you want?"



I am disgusted with Fiesta's unprofessional and ILLEGAL practices. I hope this review helps other consumers from purchasing a lemon from these people.

Don't ever buy from this company. They sell lemons and will take your money, after they do they don't show any respect for you nor your family. This company is scam artists and don't deserve any stars. Sam was very rude, lied and told us his name was John and that Sam was out of state. Smh! Save your money and time you don't wanna waist your hard earn money on these scams.
