Love this place and these people! Inherited an RV from a relative. I know nothing! Mitch guided me through everything and told me where to go to get driving lessons. He even did a once over and fixed some deficiencies, and we are good to go! Y'all rock!!! Extremely professional and friendly.

I TOOK A MOBIL KITCHEN IN TO HAVE THE GENERATOR REPAIRED OR REPLACED. I HAD DONE FILLED THE TECH IN ON WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE UNIT. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM SO I CALLED. THE TECH TOLD ME HE HAD STARTED THE UNIT AN VERIFIED WHAT I HAD SAID AND ORDERED A NEW END (THE GENERATOR ITSELF). 10 MINUTES WORK...CHARGED 2 HOUR LABOR..314.00 NO EST NO AUTH. I ASKED FOR A PRICE EVEN IF BALLPARK...WAS TOLD HE WOULD CALL LATER WITH PRICE...NEVER HAPPENED. I CALLED A THIRD TIME AND ADVISED OF TIMELINE....WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY WOULD BE DONE. AT THE END OF TIMELINE I WAS CALLED AND SAID GEN WAS IN AND WAS CHANGING OIL AND FILTER, FUEL, AIR ECT.I ADVISED I DO THAT MYSELF..USE MOBIL1. I PAY 54.00 FOR OIL. THEY CHARGED ME 189.00 FOR OIL ONLY. OIL COMES IN 5QT JUGS 27.00
2 REQ...DUMB ASSES BOUGHT 10 1 QTS CONTAINERS WHICH ABOUT DOUBLES THE PRICE. 85.00 FOR A 22.00 AIR FILTER
I FOUND THE HEAD THEY REPLACED FOR 3200. THEY CHARGED RT AT 5K
AND 20HR LAB TOTAL FOR 8 HRS WORK

Fast, fair, done right

I had a trip planned and could not wait 4 weeks for the dealer to replace my macerator pump and switch. Angie's list gave great reviews, and they took it on Tuesday and had me out by the weekend. Wow. No rip off price either. Bye bye dealer...I'm a believer in Felton's.

I had an accident with my motorhome while travelling thru Houston TX on a weekl-end. Feltons RV Service drove 20 miles on Monday morning, acessed the damage, drove the coach back to their shop and repaired it within 4 days. They even allowed me to stay in the coach on their property and provided 50 amp service and water hook-ups for me. The finished roduct was excellent. Mitch, the owner and his staff could not have been nicer or more helpful to me. I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs needed on any make or model RV.
