Do not use this service. Not worth it. Find an attorney that will work with you. This will be a very bad experience for you if you join FFER. For one they will not send in your paper-work on time which is very important. Two: after you join forget about ever calling in for a question they will not answer(got ahead and call now and hit the prompt as a member and see if anyone will answer the phone.) Three: plan on calling off work because you will have to pay them a visit because they don't answer the phones and you will have to sit in their waiting room for nearly 4-hours; which I'm doing now, to get a couple questions answered. THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO LITTLE FOR YOU. YOU CAN GET THE TEMPLATE THAT THEY USE ONLINE AND JUST READ THE RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.
