Provided by SuperpagesI give them 4 stars. I went in thinking I just needed to get visitation rights and I just agreed to child support. they quickly helped me cancel that order and I file for custody. won my case and have my 2 children living with me. Mother didn't even show up to court. She showed up for child support but not court. My son and daughter have been living with me for 3 years. she went and signed up for food stamps and a bunch of othr services. she always claims them on the taxes. I also had long waits when I first started as a member, they did add staff and now the schedule better. I finished my case last week and they did my final order quickly. I would recommend them if your like me and cant afford 5,000 to hire a lawyer.

Provided by SuperpagesI give them a 5-star for the information and help but 1 star for the time you have to dedicate and the time from work you have to miss because they do not keep their scheduled appointments. We have a membership with this organization. We have spent several days up there, with appointments, and each time, although we had AM appointments, we have not been seen until after 4:00pm. I have missed numerous days from work and they give you no information as you are sitting there. I appreciate the help, but can't you better organize your appointments? Then we find out that we can't walk the paperwork in and file it we have to e-file it. Don't you think that should be something that is mentioned so you know you will need access to a scanner? After sitting there from 10:30am until 4:00pm they inform us that it needs to be e-filed today before 6:00pm because the system is going to go down at 6:00pm until 9:00pm Sunday.
