I never take the time to write reviews but this business was especially awful to *try* and give business to.

Recommended by our builder, the first person I spoke with was supposed to text me so I'd have a phone number to send a picture of the project we were wanting some. Nothing. Called back a week later and the person who answers the phones refused to transfer me to the contact provided by our builder saying 'she could help'. Explained what we wanted, got transferred 3 different times and then was finally asked to send a picture of the area we needed work on. I sent the email and asked if they could let me know the materials used, cost, time frame, etc. I got an email back a few days later with literally just the price. I emailed the company back two more times asking if they could elaborate on the materials they would be using and a time frame of when they could get out there and do the project and ... Nothing. We moved on to a much more receptive company and I'll also be making sure our builder knows how horrible the communication was so hopefully he does not recommend them to anyone else. I should also mention that in this time I was able to get the personal number of the original contact our builder recommended and left him a voicemail and got... You guessed it... No call back.

This company (at least the branch located in Houston) is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Through my builder, we scheduled Fashion Glass, a tile company, and a plumbing company to come out to replace my shower pan. Fashion glass needed to show up first to take down the shower doors before the tile company could do their work which needed to be completed before the plumbers could do their work. Fashion Glass was scheduled to show up in the morning, between 8-12, but they didn't show up until 4 pm! No other work could be completed by the other companies because of Fashion's tardiness and uncaring attitude. This was the first day I had taken off of work for this project. The next day the other companies were able to come out and complete their work. Day two. Because the tile needed to sit before the shower doors could be replaced, we tried to schedule Fashion to come out the following day (this would have been a Thursday) but Fashion claimed the next available appointment they had wasn't until following Tuesday. Mind you all of this should have been completed in two days had Fashion honored their commitments. So we are now looking at a whole week of the shower being unusable. I take off the following Tuesday and double check that Fashion would indeed be coming out in the morning as we had scheduled. But, surprise surprise, they never show up. The builder called Fashion and they claimed that they had nothing on the books for me but after a lively discussion were able to find the reservation but now they claim that they didn't have anyone available to come out. Are you kidding me? As I was not about to wait around yet another day for this company to show up and do the job they are being paid to do, I asked them to call me when the service tech was on his way, which of course they didn't. And it just so happened that I was getting out of the shower when Fashion did show up. I asked the guy to wait so that I could get dressed before letting him into my home. When I came back downstairs to let him in, I see him driving off in his truck!!! Luckily I was able to flag him down because who knows how long it would have taken for them to come back out again. Mind you I am 9 months pregnant and it is June/July in Houston - having to deal with this kind of attitude from a company is beyond what I need right now. If you want extra frustration and hassle in your life, please hire Fashion Glass. Otherwise, stay away!!! They don't care one bit about the customer.
