After 6 months with them I asked about my health insurance. They know everything. I was confused about Obama Care. It turned out that he could Handel it for me. Thank you so much, we now have insurance and someone to help me.

I have been loyal to Farmers for over 10 years with many different policies and had to move to this agency when old agent left the company and I have had nothing but problems with this one getting my polices correct. A person named Donna keeps blaming "A computer glitch" and I have provided more the required documentation and I still can't get my simple auto policy right. When it is time to renew all my policies I WILL BE with new agent. I am happy to pay a little more for better customer service. I am not confident that this office would be able to help me if I ever had a claim. Let me also mention that I have been dealing with these issues for over 2 months now and not once has Wes Chorn my "agent" actually contacted me.
