I will write a review everyday if i have to. I loved there 2014-2015. Horrible employee an manager. My apr burned down they didnt refund my deposit. Water is off for weeks at a time. They dont fix anything. They do things illegally for instance paperwork. They are lazy. Dont move here they will make your life hell. I will post something everyday because they lied about there apt complex they are lying to other apts i appliedtk saying we were evicted when the apts burned down. Which ido plan on taking legal actions for. Please Dont move here!!!!!

Its a good place. I have lived here for a little while and I don't have no issues. The people in the office are nice and when I have issues, they are fixed same day or next day. I lived on antoine and these are one of the best ones I lived at. the guy at the gate is friendly. one thing they should do is upgrade...that was my problem at first

I would not recommend anyone move to these apt the management team here are rude to the tennents.the roaches are taking over.I have never had any problems with the old management team they were super nice.These people have no communication with each other in the office .I will be moving when my lease is up.There has been 2 fires in the last year here the last one was really big.My aprtment has been broken in to the area is not safe but you are on antoine and you get what you pay for. They do not fix anything.The swimming pool has not been open but once that i know of every summer they have a differant excuse I.Just bad all the way around.If you can help yourself please look elsewhere for an apt. Sorry but I speak only the truth.This place is not livable .

Moving out when lease is up. Got a notice to vacate for not paying rent yet the check is pending clearing to my bank. Hmm bad record keeping?? Contact the office and received nothing but rudeness I'm rightfully upset mind you but she didn't have to give attitude back that is not good customer help. Few weeks ago received Notice all laundry rooms will be closed due to vandalism. Must pay $5 per person for some wrist band to use the pool which is part of the amenities provided with the apartment. This place has steadily gone down hill since new management took over about 5 or 6 months ago. Don't let the fresh paint and landscaping fool you. You will regret moving here.

This new management is a mess rude they don't fix nothing trash all over the apartments i won't recommend no one to move in yall will regret it

I have been living here since 2/2012 and I had a few issues but the old management always had taken care of them for me. I always had problems with roaches. But as they used to spray it would minimize them some. My neighbors are awesome. I live at the bottom and I hardly hear my neighbors. I live in the front and no one ever has broken into my car or any problems to make me unsafe since there is Darryl at the front gate that lets me know whats going on and is always on his job. Far as the new management it is HORRIBLE. Sad to say that me and my son will be moving within 30 days. The whole time I have stayed at the Falls my rent was on time. One month I was out of town and my check has gotten lost somewhere and like thats not enough problems. Without contacting me or any notice they went into my apartment and taken my belongings and said they held them as a lean. My washer and dryer hose was cut so that will cost me money and my whole kitchen was flooded. I did not know they had even went in there no notice or anything. I'm contacting my friends and thinking someone broke into my apartment until i thought to call them. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

i have been living here for almost 3 years and it used to be a nice quiet place but with the new management i cant wait to move. they are rude and nasty and just plain disrespectful.

First of all the falls used to be a great place to live like the other reviews say yes they have gotten taken over by the nastiest, rudest people ever!!! God knows i beg pls pls pls dont move here!!!! I will be moving out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to love this place, very quiet and the old staff was very, I mean, very nice. But this new management is the worst. They really rude. Can't wait to move out from here. It's sad cause it's a nice place to stay, but oh well.

Don't move here.. The complex just got taken over by a new company and the acting manager is rude, office staff is lazy, maintenance walks around arguing very loud with each other and using profanity as if it is a second language. They do not have there units marked as occupied or not.



The staff the complex had before were very nice. When my lease is up I will be moving if nothing changes with the current office and maintenance staff.



The complex has been very good until now. I am waiting to see what they will move in with the new management.

I moved here from San Antonio. Everyone I know here in Houston told me NOT to move to the Falls on Antoine because it is "a very bad neighborhood"....I have been living here for nearly three months now, and it has been great. The staff is kind and very effecient, the complex is very quiet and the security is on top of things, making sure no unwanted guests are allowed. It is very convenient to Kroger and Wells Fargo, as well as many other shops and the bus stop. We love our apartment!!!
