These apartments are very good. No crime and if maintenance is needed they get you on a timely manor. Very affordable rates. Come check it out. 621 richey st Pasadena tx 77506

Management is very rude and unprofessional. My toilet clogged one time and they sent me a fine for $80. The manager told me I couldn't put toilet tissue in my toilet. I feel like that's unsanitary and nasty.

The office told us we were paid up till december of 2014. Then changed their money hungry mind and said we owe 200 dollars in late charges. When it was thier fault for not checking the mail when the check came in. They have parties every weekend im sure with the renters rent. I dont even have money to feed my kids and they dont care. They said they were coming to spray for creepy crawler. Never did. Never Fix dishwasher since march. The pipes under sink never got fixed right i fix it. They are hustlers of the struggling.

I have lived here a year +. Grass has always been cut every week.water fall always worked.security was here with his k-9 every night. Landscaping has always been beautiful..nice maintenance men..no problems. Since January we have new owners..grass is up to my knees..weeds are as tall as I am.can't let my kids out to play.waterfall don't work.no plants or flowers.security no longer comes.maintenance men just walk in without knocking..then they don't speak English to even communicate with you.office staff is rude and unprofessional. Yet rent has went UP. I would not recommend this as a place you'd like to live.as soon as my lease is up I'm out of here.

The manager here at these apartments is extremely rude & unprofessional. I can't believe I was considering moving to this place. Yeah the rent is cheap but I would NEVER recommend these apartments to ANYONE! She stays in her office and has her leasing agents do all the work, she is not very welcoming, & I wouldn't be surprised if she's on drugs. TOTAL NIGHTMARE, the apartments have potential but the way she represents them makes even considering living there a horrible thought.
