Unfortunately the "updated units" and "new appliances" consist of an old refrigerator that's falling apart and works on and off. The walls look like someone left an unattended 2 yr old to patch the holes. Which management stated that they had took the unit of the market before we had even got to pick which one we wanted or got approved. Which she continued to say we could not get our money or deposit back before we even signed a lease. I have complained multiple times about a leak in our bedroom. So when it rains soaks our carpet. Which if we're not home to place a bucket will end up leaving a musty smell. It rained last night and once more my carpet was soaked. When I went to the office at around two no one was there. After multiple visit we found out everyone was gone for the day. Which is another issue the office closes as it pleases considering closing time says at 5pm. It's due to rain again today and tonight which means I can expect a soaked carpet again when I get home from work in the morning. In two weeks we are due to have newborn home and I'm fearing that this issue with the leak will end up being mold and in turn affect the baby.
