HORRIBLE...they really ######the dress I had made. The dress arms were uneven and the entire dress was warped. Then Carmen wanted to say I negative and I seem unsatisfied...what the hell she thinks when I paid in advance and she delivers a warped dress. I wished I could post a picture for you to see. Don't let oh have a bless day fool you. I witness her arguing with a customers.
