If you are thinking of coming to this place and are looking for professional treatment and an owner that follows the federal trade commison law. This is not the place, after contacting them the owner, Enrique, told me of the prices for eye exams on their own which was a rate of $35 and after going through the eye exam process he refused to give me my new prescription. As he forcely wanted me to buy my contacts with them. When he clearly has a rate for the eye exam itself and no customer should be forced to buy supplies to be able to get an eye exam on its own. The federal law states that no eyeglass shop can force you to buy glasses or contacts from the place where you get an eye exam from. The owner has no work ethic and was extremely rude and twisted his words. I clearly told him that I buy my contact lenses from another place. He then started making me feel like i was entitled to pay for an exam and contact bundle. By asking me if it was fair for his optometrist to waste her time on an eye exam which would not even pay for her $50/ hr wage. He refused to let me pay for the eye exam I came to get and kept my newly written prescription. He wasted my time and acted beyond the word unprofessional. This man was out of line, how dare he place this problem on me. If he is not making enough profit to pay his employees that is not the customer's issue. This has been the worst customer service experience I have had. This place has no business and due to that he tries to force people to buy his bundle deals. Unbelievable, I am sorry but if you do not want to go through an experience as bad as mine I suggest that you go to another place. In which the owner holds with his services, righteous laws. Surprised no one has complained yet, I Will definitely not be coming back again!
