I honestly feel like a new man! I feel like a regular person with two eyes now. I was way beyond my nerdy ways. I loved the service that Eye Trends provided. I will be back for another appointment when needed.

This was my first eye exam in a number of years and it was pleasant. Everyone there is very nice and cheerful. The exam was quick and thorough. You guys are amazing!!

I have been a customer here for four years. They are always willing to Schedule my appointments as I need. I am seen within five minutes of my arrival. Dr. Garza is very thorough and he explains each step in language that I understand!

Eye Trends came highly recommended and I will gladly recommend them myself. I was having some very new (to me) and significant eye issues. I called to see if Dr Zaibaq was taking new patients and initially was told no and that it would be a couple weeks or so before I could get in to see another doctor. When I was asked why I would be coming in, the eye tech/assistant took great concern and immediately talked to Dr Zaibaq about what I had explained and they squeezed me in within the next hour! I have since been in the office twice and the staff is incredible. Liz, has made it her business to make sure that I am perfectly happy with my glasses and my visit each time. Dr Zaibaq showed great concern and talked at length with me about what I was experiencing and the treatment options. I highly, highly recommend Eye Trends (at Meyerland). So glad I did!

The doctors were great but it was the experience I had when trying to place my order and the person not knowing what they were doing. Thank goodness Membo was there to assist. Before him no one took the time to call the insurance company they did not believe me and went solely on what the computer showed . We should all know computers are not always accurate.

Although am diabetic it was great to hear my doctor fully explain the impact that diabetes was having on my eye sight and to give a precise diagnosis of the damage being caused by diabetes. The staff was excellent and very delightful. They kept me smiling.

After trying out several computer glasses from other providers and wasting money, Eye Trends analyzed and ordered the correct prescription for me.

The doctor is so patient and mild mannered. The doctor explained everything in plain English and answered all of my questions, and believe me I asked a lot of questions. In reference to the staff, they were nice and did their jobs well!

Everyone was professional and courteous. I appreciate the staff here they are always so pleasant and helpful. I was able to have all of my questions answered and was very happy with the through of knowledge the office was able to deliver. Excellent customer service.
