The 3000 Sage staff is very attentive and reacts with a since of urgency when called upon. Staff member by the name of Stefani; always put priorty in residence. I had a major maintnance issue during the weekend. Stefani made sure it was handle in a expedient manner and checked up on my situation before, during, and after.

I am a current resident at 3000 Sage and I've noticed that the new leasing staff and management are really pushing to make our community safer and tolerable. I have lived here for about a year and a half and I feel great with the decision that I just made to renew my lease.



There's a new gate system in the parking garage and around the apartments that was just put up and it's super secure now. The new management is really pushing to correct all of the prior complaints. I've seen so many changes.. The office is a much nicer place to go into now and even though I've been rude at times due to a long day at work and being crabby, I've seen the concern with making residents feel like our opinons and problems are a priority.



My apartment is nice and cozy and everyone prefers girls night at my house because of my fancy place!



I would definitely recommend leasing here.



The only problem I would say that I have here is not wanting to leave the house because I love this place! :)

The management has done nothing to fix these problems. Tennants have taken it upon themselves to arm themselves with guns. Multiple cars have been broken in while we've be here. We contacted corporate and nothing has been done. As it turns out, Kim Small, Vice President on the Houston Apartment Association Board of Directors, works for the Morgan Group - the owners of 3000 Sage. They can take your complaint and throw it in the garbage. The management has obstucted justice, not reporting and covering up crimes to police. They've refused to release video surveylance in the event of attempted burglary and criminal mischief. This is a problem that has persisted for years under several managers.
