FOOD IS NOT FRESH , POOR SERVICE , AND PORTIONS OF THE FOOD ARE VERY STINGY !!!!

I was skeptical at first, but was very impressed with the food appearance and taste! Well seasoned, unlike most fake soul food spots. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building. Very clean, and well decorated inside as well! Great service.

Esthers Cajun Cafe is none like no other!!! When i visited her restaurant I was overwhelmed with the appearance. Esthers Cafe is a well cleaned, and groomed environment and most of all it feels like home.Most importantly her food is remarkable .When i visit I usually get pepper steak, mac n cheese, and yams.Maaaannnnnnn!!! talking about GOOD! and I cant forget about the Raseberry Tea!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants some good, tasteful Soul Food!.And also she has Cajun Friday one of her specials is her Seafood Gumbo!! Man Im hungry just thinking about it!!

This is the best soul food I have ate in a long time. When I walked through the door of Esther's cafe, I felt welcomed and comfortable. This place is professional, clean, and the food is fresh. I could not ask for more, even when I noticed professional people I could network with, such as lawyers, doctors, police officers, and business owners, like myself. So my advice to you is, if you know about perfection, you should stop by this magnificent cafe, and see what it is all about!
