Be careful purchasing insurance with this man, by far the worst experience I've ever had. Even after going and dropping off all paper related to the issue he never followed up and helped resolve the problem like he said he would after saying "don't worry" something that should have been a simple cargo claim turned into a very very expensive personal law suit. It cost me thousands of dollars to settle the law suit on top of the expense of a lawyer. I would never recommend this Essential Insurance Group located on Westpark
