Shad Bogany is a rude and deceptive man. He promises honesty and integrity and yet has no problem deceiving his tenants in terms of eviction, apartment maintenance, and returning deposits. His company lost a rent check and he called me threatening eviction the very next day. His secretary later found it and apologized. The AC broke in the middle of the summer, when the high was over 100, and the account manager never replied to my calls or emails because he changed the account manager on my property without informing me of the change. His company took four months to return a security deposit, clearly violating the terms of lease. He ignored all phone calls, email messages, and even a demand letter because he was busy running for office for TAR Secretary/Treasurer. His own employees are constantly apologizing for his behavior. It's amazing to me that anyone has anything nice to say about him after he's been paid, because he is most definitely the most neglectful landlord I have ever had. He takes advantage of his tenants so if you ever lease from him, and G-d help you if you do, make sure you are very familiar with renter's rights beforehand.
