Horrible experience especially after dealing with a car accident. I had a car accident about 11 AM, called my Insurance company and they set up the claim which included setting me up a reservation at this Enterprise location for a rental car. The insurance adjuster and tow truck came to the house, did their thing and were all done by 1 PM. Considering no one has a good day after an accident, my insurance company and everyone so far was making it much better and easy. Then I called this Enterprise location to find out when they could pick me up to get the rental. they told me at 3 PM. OK, prefect as I had explained to them I had to get the rental and then get to the dealership by the time they closed at 6 PM to sign paperwork as they couldn't start on my car until I had. 3:45 PM comes and no one has came or called. I had to then call them and was on hold multiple times. hung up on and then finally got the manager on the phone, Demetrius, and asked why has no one came and he said they were behind, I asked why they wouldn't call and tell people, and he said they don't have any staff. I again explained my dire time issue and their response was why didn't I go to the Enterprise at the dealer?! We had it set the way it was for a specific reason, so besides that its none of their business, how is that a solution and answer to my problem?!?! I was enraged at this point at the unprofessionalism. They said they would have someone to get me soon but yet could still not tell me when as I asked don't you speak with your drivers, know were they are and their timelines?! No real answer again of course. So 4:30 PM came and nothing. I ended up having to pay $13 out of my own pocket to take an Uber there. Again receiving the same attitude and improper treatment when I arrived and spoke with Demetrius in person. Never once did I get an apology or anything resembling remorse, only unprofessional attitude, excuses or even lack there of, etc. As a business professional myself, I will never use them and will advise my insurance company of this treatment as well. Because of this, I then had to stress out more, rush in rush hour traffic to barely get to the dealership in time to sign the papers to work on my car, which means they now couldn't touch it until the next day because they were closing putting my repairs a day behind.
