I have been working at ERS for 7 years, and I don't know who this Roger person is because we have never had someone with this name.

This company has a culture of integrity in every aspect of its work. The RCM work is top-notch and the clients are happy.

I can talk to the CEO/COO at any point and she listens and implements improvements. I hope to retire here!

Please do not trust them as your practice or billing will be in trouble as they do all kind of fraudulent billing. If you continue to do business with ERS you are volunteering yourself for a Medicare audit and they do not do any of the work in-house and all the work are outsourced to India without following any proper HIP PA compliance. Once you sign a contract with ERS to perform your RCM activity all your PHI data will be in the open market as they do not have any protected environment and all are in open source

This is a medium-sized company that cares for it's staff, cares for their clients and does what they say. They are generous with benefits and compensation and value people and families. I hope to work here for as long as I'm in this field. They not only educate their clients, they ensure their staff understand the company's values and follow them but that from the top down.
