Worth company ever . He stole my money of 20 k he never pull permits and he stole my material so please please don't hire him

My business contracted with the owner Joel Cruz to set forms, trench beams, pull cables, float forms and pour a new foundation. I never had previously, but I advanced him money to get the job started because he had claimed to have done work for someone I know. He is a liar. Neved did work for this other company. Doesn't seem to know anything about reading foundation plans. Doesn't show on time if at all. I didn't hear from him for two weeks and sent him a registered letter, threatening legal action. I baby-sat the job because it was so poorly managed. After giving him more money to get the job completed and poured, he never came back and removed the form boards as promised.

The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor in over 30 years of building. The language I would like to use to describe his work ethics can't be printed here.
